Pune to the Taj and back, in one day.
About 1,200 km each way, so this runs on flights. Out of Pune in the morning, into Delhi, down to Agra by private car, the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with a guide, then back for the evening flight home.
How the day runs
Pickup in Pune for the morning departure. At Delhi a private air-conditioned car takes the Yamuna Expressway to Agra, roughly three hours. Your guide covers the Taj Mahal in full, then Agra Fort, with skip-the-line entry so no part of the day is spent in a ticket queue, which matters when the schedule is this tight. Then back to Delhi for the return flight.
