Chef Ern brings 5+ years of professional kitchen experience from luxury hotels
in Phuket, combined with a passion for sharing Thailand's rich culinary traditions

During this 2.5-hour hands-on class, you'll:
• Learn to make Tomyum soup with shrimp (adjust to chicken if preferred)
• Prepare Padthai noodles with shrimp (vegetarian available)
• Create authentic Green Curry with chicken
• Make traditional Mango Sticky Rice
All ingredients are garden-to-table and pre-prepared so you focus on cooking

traditional Thai beverage — to start your experience. You'll meet other guests
