Was Chokhi Dhani ist

Ein nachgebautes rajasthanisches Dorf auf 20 Acres südlich von Jaipur, 1990 erbaut, wo die gesamte Volkskultur des Bundesstaates jeden Abend an einem Ort aufgeführt wird. Es ist unverschämt ein konstruiertes Erlebnis, und es ist auch die einzige praktische Möglichkeit, Kalbeliya-Tänzer, Bhopa-Geschichtenerzähler und Terah-Taali-Darsteller an einem einzigen Abend zu sehen, ohne eine Woche zu reisen.

Das Abendessen

Ein vollständiges rajasthanisches Thali, traditionell serviert, Sie sitzen auf dem Boden auf einer Matte, essen von einem Messing-Thali, und Kellner gehen herum und füllen alles nach, bis Sie sie stoppen. Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, Bajra-Roti mit Ghee, Buttermilch, und Gur zum Abschluss.

Es ist durchgehend vegetarisch und unbegrenzt.
