Unfortunately as we started off walking, I noticed it was without much artistic work context, when I mentioned it to the guide after he started pointing out the city palace and other general places of interest, did I mention that I wasn’t wanting a heritage or cultural walking tour. It was the artisans I was looking to see. So there was a lack of knowledge by the guide of what tour I was on. So then we went to shops - miniature artist and blue pottery - and I said no thanks to a big commercial tourist shop. It seems not much artistic work on display in Jaipur on this tour.
