El Fuerte Amber. Recibe varios miles de visitantes al día en temporada y la taquilla en la base puede costarte media hora antes de que empieces siquiera la subida. Los demás monumentos rara vez tienen cola.
Fuerte Amber
Iniciado en 1592 por Raja Man Singh sobre una cresta encima del lago Maota, en la arenisca pálida de los Aravalli.
La puerta pintada Ganesh Pol, con una galería enrejada arriba desde la que las mujeres de la corte observaban las llegadas sin ser vistas. El Sheesh Mahal, donde miles de fragmentos de espejo convexo en el techo convertían una sola vela en un cielo de estrellas. El Sukh Niwas, enfriado por agua que corre por canales tallados en el mármol.
El patio del zenana albergaba doce apartamentos de reinas, dispuestos para que ninguno diera a otro.
Jal Mahal
Una parada fotográfica desde la calzada. Cuatro de sus cinco plantas están bajo el agua; no hay barco ni entrada.
City Palace
Todavía parcialmente residencia de la antigua familia real, con la armería, las galerías textiles y las dos urnas de plata fundidas para llevar agua del Ganges a Inglaterra.
Jantar Mantar
Diecinueve instrumentos astronómicos de mampostería, catalogado por la UNESCO, con un reloj de sol de 27 metros aún preciso hasta unos dos segundos, y que merece un guía, porque sin uno es un campo de formas.

Jaipur is a long drive from Delhi, but it's well worth visiting. This tour is great, and the sites are gorgeous. My guide, Ragu, was very kind and knowledgeable. However, I was a little surprised by how quickly it went by. The sightseeing time was only 3-4 hours, but that's largely because some of the sights are not open to the public. You can view the Water Palace and the Palace of Winds from the road, but that's about it. Of course, that's no fault of the tour. My only recommendation is to include more sights, if available, to make the long trip more worthwhile.
The Day was nice the Guide was nice , the Driver Rahman was great person very respected and polite
We were based in Delhi and it took 5 hours to get to Jaipur but this was not a problem because we were traveling in a private care with a really kind and professional driver. We enjoyed Jaipur, a city full of history and rich of buildings and monuments that could tell us hundreds of stories about the glorious time of maharaja. Unfortunately our guide ( who was meant to speak Italian) was able to speak just some broken Italian and maybe it would have done better if speaking English. He was not very friendly and he also tried sometime to discourage our trip to India, saying that was not the right season to visit! ( A guide should promote his country even if sometime is too hot, but still beautiful). By the way the city was amazing and left us breathless. 2nd problem was that the tour included the elephant ride but this was not accommodated cause we got to Jaipur too late, I think that maybe the company should send the driver 1-2 hrs earlier in order to be on time for all the activities.

La calidad del servicio es excelente. El conductor llego a tiempo y fue muy amable durante el viaje. Amit el guia fue muy amable, sabe mucho de la historia de los sitios de interés con amabilidad.
Zeit ist knapp aber man sieht alles. Ich würde 4 Sterne vergeben, die fünf sind interessanterweise bei defaultbausgefüllt wenn man angibt dass einem die Aktivität gefallen hat.
