Sera recogido en su hotel en Jaipur a primera hora de la manana, listo para comenzar a explorar los templos mas importantes de la capital rajastani. ¿Listo para perderse en los diversos santuarios sagrados de India, el lugar de nacimiento de cuatro de las principales religiones del mundo?

Su primera parada sera Galtaji, un antiguo sitio de peregrinacion hindu construido en las colinas Aravalli a poco mas de 6 millas del centro de la ciudad de Jaipur. El complejo incluye varios templos y tanques de agua, llenos de manantiales sagrados de las montanias, en los que los peregrinos se banian y realizan rituales de purificacion. El templo del Sol es particularmente especial: tambien se llama el templo de los monos, ya que estos amigables primates lo han convertido en su hogar. Subir a los santuarios en la cima de la colina le ofrecera las vistas mas espectaculares sobre Jaipur, ¡no olvide su camara!

Despues de explorar Galtaji, se reunira de nuevo en el autobus para dirigirse a su siguiente parada: Jagat Shiromani. Sfortunatamente abbiamo visto solo 2 templi. Ci aspettavamo un tour di 5 ore pieno invece dopo la visita di un’ora e mezza abbiamo passato le successive ore seduti sulla terrazza di fronte al palazzo del vento a chiacchierare con il proprietario del negozio che ci ha offerto il caffè (amico della guida). Ci spiace aver perso una mattina così. Il poco che abbiamo visto è stato comunque apprezzato!
