Deux jours, ce que Jaipur mérite vraiment
Tout le monde fait Jaipur en un jour. Deux jours signifient que la vieille ville a sa propre matinée et que les forts des collines en ont une autre, et aucune n'est une marche forcée.
Jour 1 : la ville fortifiée
Prise en charge à votre hôtel, à l'aéroport ou à la gare de Jaipur.
Hawa Mahal d'abord, pour la lumière du matin sur la façade. Construit en 1799 comme extension du zenana du City Palace : 953 fenêtres sur cinq étages, et moins d'un mètre de profondeur sur la plus grande partie de sa hauteur, un écran pour que les femmes de la cour puissent observer les processions dans la rue sans être vues, avec un treillis qui accélère la circulation d'air et refroidit les couloirs derrière.
City Palace, une partie reste la résidence de la famille royale, avec l'armurerie, les galeries textiles et les deux urnes d'argent du Diwan-i-Khas, les plus grands objets en argent du monde, coulées pour qu'un maharaja puisse transporter de l'eau du Gange en Angleterre.
Jantar Mantar juste à côté : dix-neuf instruments astronomiques en maçonnerie des années 1730, classé UNESCO, avec un cadran solaire de 27 mètres encore précis à environ deux secondes.
Puis les bazars, Johari pour les pierres précieuses et le travail du kundan, Tripolia pour les bracelets en laque fabriqués sur une flamme devant vous, Bapu Bazaar pour l'impression au bloc et les chaussons mojari.
Jour 2 : les collines
Fort d'Amber tôt, avant les cars : la porte Ganesh Pol, le Sheesh Mahal, et le Sukh Niwas rafraîchi par l'eau.
Panna Meena ka Kund, le puits à degrés du 16e siècle en dessous, des escaliers entrecroisés descendant huit étages et presque toujours vide.
Jaigarh au-dessus, abritant le Jaivana, le plus grand canon à roues jamais fondu, tiré exactement une fois.
Et Nahargarh au coucher du soleil, avec toute la grille de la ville fortifiée en dessous.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience with Akram! I had an absolutely wonderful experience in Jaipur, and a huge part of that was thanks to my guide, Akram. He is extremely knowledgeable about Jaipur’s history and its most beautiful spots. He explained everything in great detail and made the experience really interesting and enjoyable. What I didn’t expect at all was that Akram is also an amazing photographer! He took some of the best photos of me during my trip, which was such a lovely surprise. Beyond the tour itself, I really enjoyed spending time with him. He was so friendly, helpful, and easygoing that it honestly felt like I was spending the day with someone I had known for a long time. He helped me with everything, even when I wanted to buy a kurta in the bazaars. The driver was also super friendly, very patient, and drove safely throughout the day. My 2 day tour around Jaipur was delightful. My Guide K K was friendly with a good knowledge of English. The tour itself was very varied with a good selection of attractions visited. My driver Suresh made it easy with a comfortable car as conditions were very hot. Thanks again, recommended
Our guide KK and driver Suresh were amazing! KK was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of each location we went to, and showed us things we definitely wouldn’t have noticed on our own. They were also very accommodating in terms of stopping for lunch when/where we wanted to. Overall I’d highly recommend this tour and working with KK and Suresh.
We had a great 2 days with K.K and Suresh seeing the sights of Jaipur. K.K had great knowledge and took some fantastic photos. Super accommodating and flexible when I was ill on the first day. Would definitely recommend.

The driver Suresh and the guide Kk made this 2 day private tour in Jaipur just great. Kk was full of knowledge and knew the exact amount of explaining, not less, not too much.
