Une ville construite sur une grille se photographie différemment
Jai Singh II a tracé Jaipur en 1727 selon un plan de neuf carrés avec des largeurs de rue fixées par règle, et l'architecture qui a suivi est pleine d'arches répétées, de façades en miroir et de géométrie en gradins. C'est pourquoi elle se photographie comme elle le fait.

Porte Patrika
Neuf arches peintes à Jawahar Circle, chaque surface couverte de peintures murales des régions du Rajasthan, s'estompant en perspective parfaite. L'endroit non-fort le plus photographié de la ville, et animé dès neuf heures, donc allez-y en premier.
Panna Meena ka Kund
Le puits à degrés du 16e siècle sous Amber : escaliers symétriques entrecroisés descendant huit étages jusqu'à l'eau. Géométrie d'Escher, et tranquille car les cars le sautent.
Hawa Mahal
Depuis la rue d'en face, le matin, quand le soleil est sur la façade. 953 fenêtres sur cinq étages, et à peine un mètre de profondeur, ce qui explique pourquoi il se lit comme un motif plutôt qu'une masse. Il y a un café sur le toit en face de la route que chaque photographe utilise.
Fort d'Amber
La porte Ganesh Pol, la chambre des miroirs du Sheesh Mahal, et les cours qui s'élèvent le long de la crête au-dessus du lac Maota. Tôt, avant les foules.
City Palace

Another fantastic tour with Vinod for our second day in Jaipur. We visited the Amber Fort, the Wind Palace and Patrika Gate on today’s tour. Vinod was brilliant at giving us hints and tips about how to best experience these sights. His driving is fantastic and his car is a lovely, comfortable, A/C blasting bubble to keep you comfortable as the heat rises! After discussing what we else we wanted to visit during our time in Jaipur, Vinod also arranged for us to visit a local artist workshop (Khajana Art), which had some beautiful paintings and the Sawai Jai Singh Cenotaph which was a beautiful, quiet monument away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you so much Vinod for being the best guide we could have asked for during our visit to Jaipur!
Knowledge 10/10 Comfort 10/10 Safety 10/10 During the trip we saw all of Jaipur and what’s on offer here… we were also warned about what to watch out for and how to avoid being scammed by unofficial tour guides. The route was built around what we wished to see and was totally customisable. Vinod was extremely friendly and he gave us a unique experience!
My guide Khalid very kind , friendly and knowledgeable. Patient and also a good photographer what is a big plus ! He shared a lot of info about Jaipur’s culture and history of Rajasthan . The driver Manish arrived on time in a very clean car with a good air conditioning . He drove safely with calm all day long . Thank you for the wonderful day ? Highly recommend this tour !
Saqlain took me to many beautiful places in Jaipur and made the whole experience really enjoyable. He also took lots of photos for me, and even in the hot weather, he was very considerate and checked on how I was feeling, which made the trip very comfortable. Mohsin Khan fue mi guia turista en Español y fue impresionante.
