La journée complète honnête la moins chère à Jaipur, et d'octobre à mars la plus agréable. Un tuk-tuk est ouvert des deux côtés, passe dans les ruelles de la vieille ville où aucune voiture ne peut entrer, et vous place dans la rue plutôt que derrière une vitre.

Un taxi est disponible à la place, et d'avril à juin c'est le choix sensé.

L'itinéraire

Fort d'Amber, à onze kilomètres au nord sur une crête au-dessus du lac Maota, commencé en 1592 par Raja Man Singh. La porte peinte Ganesh Pol, le Sheesh Mahal où des milliers de fragments de miroirs convexes transformaient une bougie en un plafond d'étoiles, et le Sukh Niwas, rafraîchi par l'eau circulant dans des canaux à travers le marbre.

Le tuk-tuk gravit la rampe, lentement.

Jal Mahal depuis la chaussée, quatre des cinq étages sous l'eau, et aucun moyen d'y entrer quoi qu'on vous propose.
