Four options covering tuk-tuk and car, half and full day, and one fully customised version where you set the stops.
The vehicle choice is not cosmetic here. A tuk-tuk gets down the old city bazaar lanes a car has to skirt; a car is air-conditioned, which from April to September changes the day entirely.
What you could see
Amer Fort above Maota Lake — the Sheesh Mahal mirror chamber, the painted Ganesh Pol, and the Sukh Niwas cooled by water channels cut through the marble.
City Palace, still partly the royal residence, with the two enormous sterling silver urns in the Diwan-i-Khas.
Jantar Mantar, nineteen working stone instruments including a 27-metre sundial accurate to two seconds.
Hawa Mahal, the 953-window facade — seen from inside, which most visitors skip.
On the customised option, also: Panna Meena ka Kund, the stepwell below Amer; Nahargarh at sunset; Patrika Gate for the painted arches; or the bazaars.
