Most Jaipur tours hand you a fixed list: Amer, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal. It is a good list. This is for everyone who wants something else, or the same things at a different pace.
What you could include
The classics if you have not seen them: Amer Fort and its Sheesh Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal.
Or the ones that rarely make a fixed itinerary. Panna Meena ka Kund, the eight-storey stepwell below Amer with criss-crossing symmetrical staircases, usually empty. Nahargarh Fort at sunset for the view over the whole city. Patrika Gate for the painted arches, best in the first hour of light. Galtaji, the monkey temple in a gorge east of the city. The Johari and Bapu bazaars. A block printing or blue pottery workshop. Or simply three stops instead of seven, with time to sit at each.
