There was a bit of trouble at the initial meeting point, so our departure was delayed. However, the two female guides were smiling the entire time and treated us with such kindness that it made us feel truly happy. We were also offered drinks, snacks, and fruits, which made the experience even more satisfying. I must say again and again — the two female guides were absolutely perfect. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you 🩷

This tour was a total disaster from start to finish. They picked us up at 7:45 a.m. — we were the first ones — and then spent ages collecting other people. The meeting point was supposed to leave at 9:00, but we didn’t leave until 10:15. The organization was awful; nobody seemed to know what was going on, and the guide didn’t do anything at all. He didn’t explain a single thing during the trip. Because of the late start, the boat was speeding the whole time, making it impossible to enjoy the ride. The stops were ridiculously short — basically “touch and go.” Everything felt rushed and chaotic.
