I had a sunrise tour with Varun. I booked it last minute but the tour was arranged very quick. Pickup was on time at 2am, got to Agra around 5. I wasn’t too sure about renting a saree so didn’t book in advance. It was cooler than I thought it would be so when I asked, I was able to rent one from a nearby shop. I really appreciated that he let me admire Taj Mahal without being scurried around with the crowd. It’s super crowded so even a minute or two of moments to myself to see the building was one of the highlights of the tour. So the tour is with a photographer for the first half but I learned later that you need to pay $$ to get photos in the end. I wish the communication was more upfront because I felt a little rushed, and felt like I was forced to make a decision without even seeing the pictures - but in the end Varun worked it out for me and I’m happy with the tour. Overall a great experience!

Imran was on time , picked us up in the. hotel and did an excellent job in explaining the history of Taj and the details like how it was made etc. He made the experience very smooth and easy for us and ensured our elderly parents were comfortable!

I would like to commend the driver, Shashank for being so friendly, professional and accommodating. On the other side, the tour guide is trying to help the photographer to scam me in asking for additional payment for the photos despite booking with a “professional” photographer. Please beware for this incident. If you will book this activity try to confirm everything before the trip starts to avoid this thing.
