Warum der Sonnenaufgang
Das Tor öffnet etwa eine halbe Stunde vor Tagesanbruch. Die erste Gruppe hindurch erlebt ein Gelände mit einigen Hundert Menschen statt mehreren Tausend, und der Marmor läuft von grau über rosa zu weiß, während die Sonne hinter der Kuppel den Horizont verlässt. Von April bis Juli ist es außerdem die einzige angenehme Stunde des Tages.
Der Preis ist der Wecker. Sie brechen in den frühen Morgenstunden auf für die dreistündige Fahrt über die Yamuna Expressway.
Der Tag
Der Taj Mahal im ersten Licht mit Ihrem Guide, mit der Pietra-dura-Einlegearbeit, der Kalligrafie, die so bemessen ist, dass sie von unten gleichmäßig wirkt, und der Baugeschichte: rund zwanzig Jahre, mit Arbeitskräften und Material aus ganz Asien.

Der Sonnenaufgang wandert durch das Jahr, etwa 6:45 Ende Dezember und 5:15 im Juni, Ihre Abholzeit verschiebt sich also mit. Wir bestätigen sie bei der Buchung.
Von November bis Februar kann Nebel von der Yamuna die Kuppel in der ersten Stunde verdecken, bevor er sich hebt. Bemerkenswert, solange es dauert, aber wenn Ihnen ein klarer Sonnenaufgang wichtig ist, meiden Sie Ende Dezember und Januar.
