Der Preis dafür ist der Wecker. Sie verlassen Delhi mitten in der Nacht für die dreistündige Fahrt über die Yamuna Expressway, um vor der Öffnung am Tor zu sein. Es lohnt sich, und das Auto ist auf dem Rückweg ein bequemer Ort zum Schlafen.
Wie der Tag abläuft

An Wintermorgen zieht in Agra Nebel vom Fluss herauf. Er löst sich meist gegen neun Uhr auf und sorgt bis dahin oft für bemerkenswerte Fotos, an einem dichten Dezembermorgen kann die Kuppel in der ersten Stunde aber verborgen bleiben.
