My second day of touring was also excellent. Sultan Ali Khan once again provided a fantastic experience with detailed explanations and great hospitality. He made sure I was comfortable and gave me enough time to enjoy every place peacefully. The tour was very well managed, and I truly enjoyed the day. Would definitely recommend him as a guide.

I had a wonderful experience on the Taj Mahal and Agra tour. My guide, Sultan Ali Khan, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the history and architecture beautifully and made the entire tour smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated his polite nature and guidance throughout the day. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Guide/Unprofessional driver Our tour guide, Ms. Afreen was professional, knowledgeable, a skillful storyteller & captured some fantastic photos of us. However, our driver, Mr. Ujjan, engaged in a video call with 3 strangers and discreetly featured my wife in the frame. He appeared to assume she was asleep (sunglasses on). She told him to stop & he immediately hung up. The level of discomfort for the remaining two hours of the trip back to our hotel was deeply unsettling. GYG & the provider was notified. I appreciate the provider's immediate response; informing us that the driver has been removed from service. Note to provider, ensure all personnel understand privacy & professionalism, particularly when interacting with guests of different backgrounds. Disclose all stops in the description (Marble Inlay/carpentry/shopping) & notify guests before the tour begins if there are changes to the booking, this led to some confusion for us and also between the guide and driver.
