Mit rund sechseinhalb Stunden ist das etwa so kurz, wie ein Ausflug von Delhi nach Agra ehrlicherweise sein kann, und der Gatimaan Express ist der Grund dafür. Er legt die Strecke in etwa 100 Minuten pro Richtung zurück, gegenüber drei Stunden auf der Straße, und das nach einem Fahrplan, in den der Verkehr in Delhi nicht hineinfunken kann.
Wie der Tag abläuft
Abholung überall in Delhi oder der NCR, dann der Morgen-Gatimaan ab Hazrat Nizamuddin. Das Frühstück wird an Bord serviert und ist im Fahrpreis enthalten. In Agra Cantt erwarten ein Auto und Ihr Guide den Zug, und Sie starten direkt mit der Besichtigung, statt nach drei Stunden Schnellstraße steif anzukommen.
Der Taj Mahal mit Guide und das Agra Fort oder weitere Stätten, je nach gewählter Option. Am späten Nachmittag zurück zum Bahnhof für die Rückfahrt, mit einem Auto, das in Delhi auf Sie wartet.
