I booked the train option weeks ahead but did not receive any communication from them. I tried to contact them the evening before without any success. I then contacted Getmyguide to contact them. Early morning, on the day of the tour, I received a message from the tour operator that they had forgot to book train tickets for me and I could go in a taxi instead. I reluctantly had no option than to agree. The car journey was much longer and tiring. I missed the breakfast and the dinner I was meant to have on the train and was offered a small refund, which was less than half of the amount I would have saved if I had booked the taxi option instead of the train option at the outset/time of initial booking. The taxi driver Sunil and the guide Muaaz were courteous and efficient. The lunch at Double tree was satisfactory. Overall, I will not recommend this tour operator.

Azhar was a super knowledgeable and friendly guide (and took great photos of me at the Taj!) and Sunil was a fantastic professional driver. They made sure I was well looked after as a solo traveller. Really recommend this experience
