Dos mitades muy distintas

Los primeros cuatro días son la India mogol y rajput: tumbas, fuertes, palacios. Los dos últimos son el Punyab sij, que se siente como otro país. Ese contraste es la razón para hacer siete días en lugar de cinco.

Delhi

La Jama Masjid y un recorrido en rickshaw de pedales por Chandni Chowk, trazada en la década de 1650 con un canal en medio que reflejaba la luz de la luna. Luego India Gate, la tumba de Humayun, la tumba-jardín de la década de 1560 sobre la que se modeló el Taj, y Qutub Minar con el pilar de hierro que no se ha oxidado en dieciséis siglos.

Agra

El Taj Mahal, idealmente al amanecer, y el Fuerte de Agra con la torre donde Aurangzeb encerró a su padre a la vista de la tumba que había construido.

Jaipur

Amritsar
