Left our Delhi hotel at 3am to catch the sunrise at the Taj Mahal and it was completley worth it. The drive on the Yamuna Expressway was smooth and our driver was very experienced driving in the dark. We arrived just as the gates opened and the sunrise was spectacular, the marble changed from grey to pink to white over about 45 minutes. After the Taj we had a guided tour of Agra Fort and Baby Taj. The multiple options during booking let us customise the itinerary which was great.

This sunrise tour from Delhi by car was perfectly organised. Leaving at 3:30am sounded insane but arriving at the Taj Mahal for sunrise made it all worthwhile. The early morning light on the white marble is something you have to see in person to believe. Our guide in Agra was waiting at the parking lot and had everything arranged. We chose the full day option and also visited Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri. The car was comfortable with good AC for the return drive. Definately reccomend.

The sunrise at the Taj Mahal was beautiful and worth the early start from Delhi. The drive took about 3 hours and we arrived just in time. I appreciated having different options to choose from when booking, we went with the Taj plus Agra Fort combo. The guide was knowledgable and the car was clean. Only giving 4 stars because the drive back to Delhi took much longer due to afternoon traffic, nearly 5 hours. Plan accordingly if you are doing this as a day trip.
