The Tour company apparently works with freelance guides and doesn't give them a proper briefing. My guide told me I had to pay the rickshaw driver and entrance fees.. and accepted my objection only after messaging with the company. The worst part tho was, that (after rushing me through Chandni Chowk and the spice market, where I initially wanted to take many photographs, but had to keep track of him instead) he convinced me to skip Dilli Haat ("just a girls market and not much happening there"), to show me a traditional market - which turned out to be a pashmina shop, set up in a commercial zone, a 30 minute drive away. When I realized that, I insisted on going to Dilli Haat, which they thankfully did. When arriving there the 4 hours were almost over (thanks to the 1h Pashmina adventure), so I ended the tour there, enjoyed Dilli Haat on my own and got an Uber back to my hotel afterwards. I messaged the company to figure it out, but they never got back to me.

It was a great tour and we went many more places than listed. The Rickshaw ride was quite long and the spices were amazing. Then to top it off we had a lovely shopping experience. We found Gurvinder Singh went above and beyond as our guide. We were very happy. The driver, Saurv was also very safe and calm. We had a great day!
