I want to start with what worked. the tourist guides were helpful, knowledgeable and very kind, they will really run the extra mile in order to try to meet your expectations. what didn't work? we were not informed in advance about the fact that Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays, even though I messaged the tour operator 5 days ago requesting information. we couldn't see the Taj Mahal but still we were charged the same amount of money. our driver took a lot of time to take us to every location so we were hours away from the original itinerary.
