I did two safaris in Ranthambore National Park with mixed experiences. The first, in a jeep, was enjoyable and relaxed. Although we didn’t see a tiger, the guide stopped often so we could observe and photograph other wildlife. The second safari, in a large vehicle with over 20 people, was very disappointing. It felt like a rushed “tiger hunt” instead of a proper safari. The park is beautiful, but we kept driving past great spots or waiting randomly due to supposed tiger tracks—without success. Visibility was also poor unless you had a good seat. It should be clearly stated during booking that mobile phones are not allowed, not just on site. The transfer driver was friendly, but complaining about a 10€ tip was inappropriate. The 3-star hotel was okay for one night, but I would recommend higher standards for more comfort.
