Agra et Jaipur en deux jours, en tout confort

Ceci couvre les deux villes en 48 heures, ce qui est rapide mais pas frénétique, et cela se fait en SUV plutôt qu'en berline, ce qui compte le deuxième jour, quand le programme implique beaucoup de route.

Jour un : Delhi à Agra à Jaipur

Prise en charge à Delhi et descente par la Yamuna Expressway, environ trois heures.

Le Taj Mahal avec entrée VIP express et un guide agréé. Shah Jahan l'a commencé en 1632 pour Mumtaz Mahal ; vingt mille ouvriers et vingt-deux ans. Votre guide vous montrera ce qui est facile à manquer : la calligraphie taillée en tailles croissantes pour se lire uniformément depuis le sol, l'incrustation en pietra dura de dizaines de pierres par fleur, les minarets inclinés vers l'extérieur pour qu'un tremblement de terre les éloigne du tombeau.

Puis le fort d'Agra, le seul fort où tous les premiers empereurs moghols ont vécu, et où le dernier d'entre eux fut emprisonné par son propre fils, le Taj à portée de vue en aval du fleuve.

Trajet de l'après-midi vers Jaipur, environ quatre heures, arrivée pour la nuit à votre hôtel.

Jour deux : Jaipur

Le fort d'Amber en premier, avant que la foule ne s'épaississe : la porte Ganesh Pol, le Sheesh Mahal, et les cours qui montent sur la crête au-dessus du lac Maota.

Le Jal Mahal depuis la digue, quatre de ses cinq étages sont sous l'eau et il n'y a aucun moyen d'y entrer.

Le City Palace, encore en partie résidence royale, et le Jantar Mantar à côté, où le cadran solaire de pierre de 27 mètres reste précis à quelques secondes près.

Le Hawa Mahal, le treillis de cinq étages aux 953 fenêtres, mieux photographié depuis la rue d'en face.

Puis le trajet de retour vers Delhi, environ cinq heures.
