C'est l'arithmétique honnête : Rishikesh se trouve à 240 km de Delhi et le dernier tronçon est lent. Ce que vous obtenez en échange, c'est le Gange là où il sort de l'Himalaya, clair, froid et vert, ce qui n'a rien à voir avec le fleuve à Varanasi ou Haridwar.

Laxman Jhula et Ram Jhula

Deux passerelles suspendues sur le fleuve, à quelques kilomètres l'une de l'autre, et le centre de gravité de toute la ville.

Vous traversez à pied avec des pèlerins, des motos, des vaches et des singes. Les temples s'empilent en paliers sur la rive est, et la vue sur l'eau depuis le milieu du pont est la photo que tout le monde prend.

Parmarth Niketan et Gita Bhawan

La ville
