Jaipur à Agra fait 240 km. Pour être au Taj à l'ouverture des portes, vous partez en pleine nuit, et la route vers l'est passe par Abhaneri et Fatehpur Sikri, ce qui fait que le trajet lui-même devient le voyage plutôt qu'un temps mort.

3 500 marches en vols doubles parfaits descendant treize étages jusqu'à un carré d'eau verte, taillées au 9e siècle par le roi Chanda pour qu'un village puisse atteindre l'eau à travers un été désertique.
