India's fastest train, and the day it makes possible.
The Gatimaan Express runs Hazrat Nizamuddin to Agra Cantt at up to 160 km/h, covering the distance in about 100 minutes. The road version is three hours on a good day and considerably worse when Delhi is being Delhi. Breakfast is served on the morning train and included in the fare.
How the day runs
Pickup anywhere in Delhi or the NCR for the morning departure. At Agra Cantt a private air-conditioned car and your guide meet the train, and the car stays with you all day.
The Taj Mahal with a full guided visit, then Agra Fort, where the Musamman Burj — the marble tower Shah Jahan was confined in — faces the tomb across the river. Late afternoon back to the station, and a car waiting for you in Delhi.
About eight hours, of which only three and a half are travelling.
Options
Four at checkout: an Agra-only version with car and guide, second-class train with car and guide, and first-class with the same. The class difference is seat width and catering, not journey time.

The Taj is closed on Fridays, and the Gatimaan does not run on Fridays either, which lines the two up neatly.
