Indian guides are licensed in specific languages and the German-speaking ones are relatively few. At the monument gates you will find English and Hindi and nothing else, so a German-speaking guide is something you arrange before you arrive or not at all.
This itinerary carries one for all three days.
Day 1: Delhi, then Agra
Pickup from Delhi, Noida or Gurugram in a private air-conditioned car.
The capital's highlights — Qutub Minar, begun 1193 and the tallest brick minaret in the world, with the rustless iron pillar in its courtyard; Humayun's Tomb, the 1560s garden tomb the Taj descends from; and India Gate.
Then the Yamuna Expressway to Agra.
Day 2: Agra, then Jaipur
The Taj Mahal at sunrise — grey, then pink, then white as the light comes over the river, with a fraction of the mid-morning crowd.
Shah Jahan began it in 1632 after Mumtaz Mahal died bearing their fourteenth child; twenty-two years, twenty thousand workers, marble from Makrana 400 km away.
Agra Fort, and the Musamman Burj where Aurangzeb held his father prisoner for eight years with the Taj in view.
Fatehpur Sikri on the road west — Akbar's capital of 1571, abandoned after fourteen years when the water failed.
Day 3: Jaipur
Amber Fort early, then Jal Mahal, the City Palace, Jantar Mantar and the Hawa Mahal, before the drive back to Delhi.

The Taj is closed on Fridays.
German-speaking guides are limited in number, so the earlier this is booked the better — particularly in the October-to-March season.
