We had a wonderful 5-day trip with Ashok, who was an excellent and safe driver throughout our journey. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. We truly enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend their service!

Over all trip was properly planned by the operator. Vehicle is neat and clean the driver Ram Kumar was very good in driving as well as safely driven the vehicle and has fullest knowledge of the each city routes. Every places Guides were good in Delhi Guide Mahi , Agra Guide Arif and Jaipur Guide Naval are knowledgeable about each of their places were very friendly good in explaining each and every thing with complete dedication. Crystal Holidays the operator was really good in coordination and communication. Should appreciate each and every effort they have taken to make us happy . A great appreciation for arranging a guide for one activity which is step wall in ABHANERI step well. Overall the trip was fantastic!!!.

fantastic experience from start to finish. We saw and did so much in the time. our guides were knowledgeable amd shared lots of great information on the different places. However it was our driver, Surrender, who really made our holiday perfect. he was kind, considerate and shared his knowledge with us and nothing was too much trouble.

There aren’t enough stars to rate this tour. It was the most incredible experience filled with experiences that we will never forget. The guides were knowledgeable and professional - especially Rashid who took fabulous photos for us in Agra. Our driver, Raj, was amazing and made us feel very safe. We booked a 5-day Golden triangle tour, and it was truly an amazing and unforgettable experience! From stat to finish, everything was perfectly organized, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the journey. The itinerary was well planned, giving us the chance to explore Delhi, Agra and Jaipur at a comfortable pace. The hotels, transportation, and overall coordination were excellent! A VERY BIG and special thank you to our driver Surender, who was professional, punctual, and incredibly kind throughout the journey. We always felt safe and well taken care of. I would also like to thank our amazing guides - Bhawani, Gagan, Nihal, and Vipin! They were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, bringing the history and culture of each destination to life. (Not to mention, incredible photographers!) The whole tour is awesome! on each city they changed the tour guide, so we met more people, our favorite guides were Neti and Yogui. Our driver Jaspal was the best! He was such a gentle soul, we felt so safe with him at all times. The company had suggestions and we knew always ehat was next in the itinerary. They were happy to answer all our questions.

We had the most amazing experience with this company. We booked the 5 day golden triangle tour with 5 star hotels. From start to finish the service was top standard. We were collected from the airport by our driver and met our guide for the day. All our guides were very good with a passion for their jobs but a special mention to Mujeep as he so passionate and a real ambassador for Indian and the company. As for our driver Sharwan he was beyond amazing. He was so polite courteous and was like a tour guide himself sharing lots of knowledge as we travelled. He was always on time and nothing was too much to ask. We really felt that he looked after us and we hope to return to India soon to do a different tour with Crystal India Tours and will be requesting Sharwan if he is available.
