Zwei Tage, beide Schnellzüge, eine Hotelnacht.
Gatimaan und Vande Bharat fahren beide in rund 100 Minuten von Delhi nach Agra. Sie für eine zweitägige Reise zu nutzen heißt: Sie kommen am ersten Tag ausgeruht an und sind am zweiten am frühen Abend zurück, mit einer ganzen Nacht in Agra dazwischen.
Tag eins
Abholung am Hotel in Delhi für den Morgenzug. Wagen und Guide erwarten Sie an Agra Cantt. Am Nachmittag das Agra Fort, dann der Taj Mahal, wenn das Licht warm wird. Check-in im Hotel.
Tag zwei
Der Taj zum Sonnenaufgang, der Grund für die Übernachtung. Das Tor öffnet etwa eine halbe Stunde vor Tagesanbruch, und die erste Gruppe hat die Anlage fast für sich. Nach dem Frühstück bleibt Zeit für Itimad-ud-Daulah oder Fatehpur Sikri, dann der Rückzug.
