Absolutely do not use this service. What you are not told is that once the taxi drops you off at Delhi railway station, then you are on your own. You arrive to a concourse full of people lying on the floor asleep. You have to step your way around them, all the time you are looking for directions of where to go. I never got into my train. I eventually found an information office and was directed to platform 1, but by the time I got there and spoke to a staff member on the platform he told me I had to go to platform 10! By now it was 6 minutes before the train was due to leave. Arriving at the platform there was no indication of the train and no one to guide you. The train pulled out if the station amongst a massive throng of passengers sitting / lying across the platform. Need I say more.
