Dos días, dos Taj Mahal distintos, y sin seis horas de coche.
La excursión de un día a Agra pasa seis horas en desplazamientos para unas cinco horas de visita. Esto lo plantea de otro modo: el Gatimaan Express cubre cada trayecto en unos 100 minutos, y quedarse a dormir significa ver el Taj con la luz del atardecer y de nuevo al amanecer, que son experiencias realmente distintas del mismo edificio.
Día uno
Recogida en Delhi para el Gatimaan de la mañana. Un coche privado con aire acondicionado y su guía le esperan en Agra Cantt. El Fuerte de Agra por la tarde, y después el Taj Mahal con la luz tardía, cuando el mármol se vuelve cálido. Entrada al hotel para la noche.
Día dos
De vuelta al Taj al amanecer, cuando el recinto está más vacío y la piedra pasa del gris al rosa y al blanco. Después del desayuno queda tiempo para Fatehpur Sikri o el Itimad-ud-Daulah según su opción, y luego el tren de vuelta a Delhi.

Entrar al amanecer supone salir del hotel hacia las 5:30. Es la mejor parte del viaje.
