A wonderful weekend getaway! I booked a two-day tour of Agra and the Elephant Conservation and Care Centre, and it was exceptionally well planned. The car was comfortable, and our driver, Mr. Govind, was always punctual and drove us smoothly in the least time possible. Our stay was booked at ITC Mughal, Agra, just as preferred. The stay was very comfortable, set in a lush green environment with beautiful fountains that truly carried the theme of Agra. Our guide, Mr. Ravi, made sure all monument tickets were pre-booked and adjusted the itinerary to our comfort. He even helped us take great pictures and kindly assisted with carrying our baby stroller when it rained. The highlight of the tour was the Wildlife SOS Elephant Conservation and Care Centre—India’s first and only facility established to rehabilitate severely abused, exploited, and captive elephants. Visiting the centre in its natural setup was a great, deeply emotional experience for us. It was a perfect weekend break.
