De Delhi a Jaipur hay 270 km. Salir a las cinco te deja pasar Gurugram antes de que despierte y llegar al Fuerte Amber hacia las diez, la última hora en que los patios aún son agradables. Salir a las ocho te cuesta ambas cosas.

Fuerte Amber

Iniciado en 1592 por Raja Man Singh sobre una cresta encima del lago Maota, en la arenisca pálida de los Aravalli.
