Une excursion d'une journée qui fait aussi office de transfert

La partie utile de cette visite est la dépose. La plupart des voyageurs faisant le Triangle d'or doivent payer séparément pour Agra à Jaipur puis Jaipur à Delhi. Celle-ci intègre la visite de Jaipur entre les deux et vous dépose dans la ville où vous dormez.

Prise en charge à Agra dès 5h du matin, ce qui permet à quinze heures de couvrir à la fois la route et les sites.

Le trajet

Agra à Jaipur fait environ 240 km, quatre à cinq heures sur une bonne route via Bharatpur. Fatehpur Sikri se trouve sur le trajet si vous ne l'avez pas encore vu et si le temps le permet.

À Jaipur

Le fort d'Amber d'abord, le complexe au sommet de la colline au-dessus du lac Maota commencé en 1592, la porte Ganesh Pol, le Sheesh Mahal avec son plafond de fragments de miroir, et les cours qui montent sur la crête.

Le Jal Mahal depuis la digue. Quatre de ses cinq étages sont submergés ; il n'y a ni bateau ni entrée.

Le City Palace, encore en partie résidence royale, et le Jantar Mantar à côté, où le cadran solaire de pierre de 27 mètres reste précis à quelques secondes.

Le Hawa Mahal, l'écran alvéolé aux 953 fenêtres, depuis la rue d'en face.

Si la journée le permet, les bazars, Johari pour les pierres précieuses, Tripolia pour les bracelets en laque.

Puis la dépose

Retour à Agra, ou continuation vers Delhi (encore 270 km, donc une arrivée plus tardive). Précisez votre choix à la réservation, car cela change le rythme de la journée.

Quatre options

Voiture climatisée et guide avec dépose à Agra ; la même chose avec dépose à Delhi ; ou des versions tout compris de l'une ou l'autre avec droits d'entrée et repas.

Pratique

Quinze heures porte à porte sur la version avec dépose à Delhi. C'est une vraie journée, et cela ne vaut la peine que si cela vous évite un transfert séparé.

Great tour. Irfan ALI is very knowledgable and goes quickly through everything in Jaipur. You will need energy to keep up with the wealth of info! Lots of walking and steps. Be mindful of that
