Une longue journée, avec un vrai déjeuner au milieu

Delhi à Jaipur fait 270 km dans chaque sens, et ce qui gâche la plupart des versions de ce voyage est la pause repas, un lieu de bord de route à une heure de l'après-midi quand tout le monde est déjà fatigué. Celle-ci place le déjeuner dans un hôtel cinq étoiles à Jaipur à la place, ce qui semble une petite différence et ne l'est pas.

Le trajet

Prise en charge matinale n'importe où à Delhi en voiture privée climatisée, puis l'autoroute. Quatre à quatre heures et demie avec une pause.

Fort d'Amber

Votre guide vous y retrouve. Le complexe a été commencé en 1592 par Raja Man Singh sur la crête au-dessus du lac Maota, grès pâle et marbre montant sur le flanc de la colline.

Le palais est encore en partie résidence royale ; le cadran solaire de pierre de 27 mètres de l'observatoire reste précis à quelques secondes ; et les 953 fenêtres du Hawa Mahal ont été construites pour que les femmes de la cour puissent observer la rue sans être vues.
