From Delhi: All Inclusive Jaipur Tour with Lunch & Transfers

What "all inclusive" actually means here

The full version of this tour covers the car, the driver, the fuel and tolls, a licensed Jaipur guide, lunch at a Rajasthani restaurant, and the monument entrance fees. That last one is the part most Delhi-to-Jaipur day trips leave out, and it is roughly ₹1,500 a head for a foreign adult, so it is worth checking which option you are looking at.

There is a cheaper option without tickets and lunch, and a car-and-guide-only rate for people already in Jaipur.

The shape of the day

It is a long one. Delhi to Jaipur is around 270 km on the NH-48, four to five hours each way, so pickup is early and you are back late. There is a break on the road in both directions.

Amber Fort is the first stop after arrival. Hilltop, Rajput and Mughal together, and the Sheesh Mahal mirror chamber is what the photographs are of.

Lunch at a traditional restaurant. Lal maas if you eat meat, dal baati churma if you do not. Say in advance if you are vegetarian or need no chilli; the kitchens here handle both routinely.

Honest advice

This is nine hours of sightseeing wrapped in nine hours of driving. It works, thousands of people do it, and it is the right call if Jaipur is a box to tick on a short India trip. If you have a spare night, staying over is better.
